Comfortable but front desk staff were absent.
Positive: Comfortable apartment with quiet A/C units in the living room and bedrooms. This is the first hotel I've stayed at with SILENT fans!
TVs were fast and worked perfectly.
Beds were comfortable and clean.
Kitchen was very nice and clean.
Negative: The private parking is extremely small and underneath the building. It is locked with a padlock which you need an attendee for. This would be nice if one was ever present.
Both when we arrived and when we were trying to check out, the front desk was empty and there was no one inside or outside the building to help us. They also do not answer the phone at all or messages within a timely manner.

Positive: The place was perfect, home away from home...
Negative: How hot the hallways are outside the units, and the language barrier, when trying to communicate..
